Push Back Test
The back push test is to apply a certain force to the back of the chair through the back push test machine, so that the chair is tilted backward to produce extrusion. Its purpose is mainly to test the ability of each part of the chair to withstand extrusion.
The back push test can be divided into two types according to the applied force: functional test and destructive test.
The test force of the function test is 91kg, and the duration is 1 minute. If the parts of the chair are deformed, damaged or broken after the test, the test fails.
The force of the destructive test is 136kg, and the duration is 1 minute. After the test, if the parts of the chair are seriously deformed, damaged or broken, the test fails.
