Held every September in Shanghai, the China International Furniture Expo is where the world's furniture buyers start their sourcing season. This year's edition ran under a "one city, two shows" format, pairing the main trade halls with a dedicated design event and drawing more than 3,200 brands together in Pudong. For a seating manufacturer, there is no better place to read where the market is heading - and to show buyers, face to face, what a factory can actually do.

The Xinnai stand welcomed a steady flow of buyers from day one. The product wall put our newest ergonomic mesh chairs front and centre, with a QR code beside every model so visitors could pull full specifications, materials and packaging details straight to their phones.

What Drew the Crowds

Ergonomic Mesh Chairs

Our core range - adjustable lumbar support, breathable mesh backs and smooth headrest mechanisms - stayed occupied for most of the day. Buyers could sit, adjust and compare models side by side instead of judging from a catalogue.

Sit-Test First, Talk Second

Every chair on the stand was set up to be tried, not just viewed. From gaming and study chairs to bar and leisure seating, visitors moved through the full range in minutes - exactly how a seating decision should be made.

Face-to-Face Project Talks

Beyond product enquiries, we sat down with distributors and project buyers to work through OEM and ODM requirements - custom colours, branding, packaging and volume pricing, discussed in detail on the spot.

A Factory You Can Verify

Visitors who wanted to go deeper were invited to our production base in Anji, Zhejiang - the manufacturing heart of China's chair industry - to see the moulding, assembly and QC lines behind every model on the stand.

ON THE SPOT

A Middle East buyer puts our executive leather chair through a real sit-test while we pull up the configuration on a phone. Ten minutes later the conversation had moved from foam density to a 40-foot container. This is the part of the show no catalogue can replace - chairs are decided by sitting down, and orders are decided by trust.
